Tuesday 7th July – Box HIIT Fix – 17:30 – 18:30

If you need to kick the holy hiit out of Tuesday this class is for you. Trainer Your personal BUA Fit trainer will have you sweating and screaming.  

Wednesday 8th July – Calorie Crusher:: London’s Baddest Bootcamp – 07:00 – 08:00

Dedicated to boosting endorphins, bootys and banishing the blues. This is THE feel-good flat-out workout so you can go back to the grindstone vitalised. Trainer A PT of the BUA brigade will put throwing you through your paces.

Thursday 9th July – Run Like You Stole It – 07:00 – 08:00

Pummel those pins past the point of no return. A perfect pitstop for sprinters, marathon preppers, and couch to 5k-ers.  Trainer Our BUA trainer will be at the starting blocks with a small potato gun and chequered flag.

Friday 10th July – Monument Circus Circuit – 06:30 – 07:30

Monument Join the circuit carnage deep in the city streets. A beautiful setting for a beast of a workout. Expect a tabata style work-out with stations that burn every muscle group. Trainer A BUA ringmaster rounds up the masses for an hour blast.

Saturday 11th July – Step Challenge– 10:30 – 11:30

Trainer A BUA fitness master will be pushing you up the steps two at a time.

Sunday 12th July – Sunday Recharge Yoga Flow – 09:00 – 10:00
