Monday 2nd Nov – Outdoor Yoga in Waterbeach – 18:00 – 19:00
Waterbeach, Cambridge
Lockdown in the fens just got a whole lot better. Big,
green spaces and big, open minds. Join this class if you’re dipping your toe in
as a yogi beginner, or keen to deepen your practice. A 360 mind and body workout
in the great outdoors with a trainer that knows the body inside out.

Gabriela Torcatoru is a geek for everything alignment and anatomy
based. As a firm believer of living in the present, Gabriela’s sessions are
life affirming and breath taking.

Align your spine with your character backbone and you will be a force to be reckoned
with. This class is all about learning about how your body moves and fires up
the brain. Leave feeling limber, lengthened, strong and graceful.

passionate about using exercise to rehabilitate our stressed minds and bodies. She
is incredibly attentive to your needs and any injuries, please be sure to sure
them. In a past life she was a dancer and now uses pilates to preserve that
nimbleness and spring in her step.
Wednesday 4th Nov – Barre Total Body Tone – 18:30 – 19:15

3 in 1. Pilates, yoga and ballet. A life saver if you love
all three. This fitness phenomenon that was originally curated to teach women
how to radically improve their sex lives. Indeed, many privately admit it
brings very real improvements. But shhhh, don’t tell anyone.

in ballet from the age of 4. Warm, welcoming, and persuasive, she’ll push you
harder than you thought possible. Expect to be hooked on the latest worldwide
trend.
Thursday 5th Nov – Rise & Shine Yoga – 08:00 – 09:00

Welcome in lockdown with a yoga session from heaven. Hands
down the best way to start the best day. Come to class and benefit from making
better decisions all day, eating better, craving little, stretching more and
tingeing less. Start a lockdown habit every Thursday morning and don’t look
back.

An international yogi, Simone Topel trained in India but
fell in love with London. Her class offers options for all levels. Sequences are influenced by the active styles of Ashtanga,
Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, and always carry a strong undercurrent of yogic
philosophy + mindfulness.
Friday 6th Nov – WoW – ICXT – Intensive Core Cross Training – 07:30 – 08:15
Battersea
Buckle up ladies and gents, this is a core cross session to
blitz your abs. If you’re craving better definition, or suffering from back
aches and tinges from working from home, this class is for you. A strong core
will stabilise you and re-set your balance so daily activities such as walking,
running, sitting and getting up to stand are simple again. Expect cardio, circuits
and HIIT in one.

Luca is an all-round mad man. Mad about your health, your
mobility, and your mindset. He will push you hard out of your comfort zone. You’ll
train harder and longer than you ever have. And you won’t even notice what you’re
achieving at the time. Two weeks down the line you start seeing substantial
changes and you’ll keep going.
Saturday 7th Nov – Saturday Recharge Yoga – 10:00 – 11:00
Blackheath
Take the time to check in with yourself. An hour to focus on breath and body connection and alignment whilst in the great outdoors. This class is open to all, with playful and challenging sequences, finishing with a short nidra practice for the ultimate relaxation. Trainer
Shuntao Li, trained in the Alpujarras mountains in Spain and now runs slow vinyasa flow and ashtanga classes in London. Alongside this she is an enthused yoga nidra and meditation teacher.
Sunday 8th Nov – Yoga For Cyclists – 17:30 – 18:30
Live & Online
For
both performance and recovery from your wheels. This is a specialist yoga
session to prevent injury, improve flexibility and bolster strength in the
areas where a cyclist needs it most. Expect this class to toughen your tush
against numbness, stretch out tight shoulders, hips and upper arms, and bring
back mobility in your fingers.
