We love to exercise between 5-9pm.
6pm is heralded as the busiest time to move whether you’re in the UK, New York or Sydney. We love to stop work and throw ourselves into something that completely changes our direction – a workout. Of all the classes available Dance, Martial Arts and Yoga are the top three most popular at this prime time. For the weekend warriors among us, 75% of all classes happen before 1pm on weekends, compared to only 46% on the weekday.
Our worldwide habits prove we value exercise as an important part of ‘me time’ at the weekends and as a switch to turn our heads off and bodies on after work.
Check out this week’s prime time classes and join the masses.
