Make exercise a small but absolute necessity and you’ll 'habitualise' it like we do every other everyday task. Let exercise seamlessly slip into your schedule and you’ll stick to it.

TUESDAYS
Bodyweight Circuit – 07:45 - 08:30
Crystal Park
An all over body blast, open to all, with all the fancy gym
tools. Come and fly with suspensions straps and try out a new way to cruise through
the calories and build tone. All deliciously outside too.

Sarah Aarons is an unstoppable south London based trainer,
running classes in everything from HIIT to trampolining, and pre to post-natal
classes. A motivating tour-de-force who’ll keep you going for longer. Come see

THURSDAYS
Nurturing Calm & Peaceful Yoga Flow – 07:30 – 08:20
Live & Online
Heat up the bones with a session that’ll
make you flow. Become half liquid half zen with a 50 minute intensely relaxing
practice in the peace of your own home. Expect seamless sequences and poses
that’ll challenge.
Trainer
Valerija Majevska is a yoga teacher backed by the Yoga
Alliance with a specialism in all things Hatha. Her sessions are soaked
in ideas of self-acceptance and self-love.
Ballet Babes – 15:00 – 15:50
Kings Cross
Ballet fit and an outdoor barre session in one. Control every inch of your body whilst firing up your flexibility, core strength, and dance technique.

Rosne Martin-Beris bagged a dance diploma course, a cheeky MA in Choreography With Performing Arts, and topped it all off with YMCA FiT Exercise to Music (ETM) fitness qualifications. She loves inventing new choreography culminating in her new dance fusion, Barre-Chata (a heady mix of ballet, barre and bachata).
