This time of year is a fairytale. Take a minute to be outdoors. Notice how the air feels fresher and how your lungs breathe deeper. Look at the leaves. Feel the late October sun on your face. With the weather staying dry we’re all set for a forest of red canopies this month. Re-discover London in the fall. a firecracker. She was ex-competition gymnast and is now a full-time trainer,
choreographer and fitness and dance instructor. She understands the need to
stretch and care for our bodies so we can perform best when we need to.

BUA’s bootcamp got an
early morning slot. Designed to have you up and pumping before the city wakes.
Enjoy a work out without distractions or excuses. Tick off fitness first.
Trainer
A BUA trainer will
lead this belter of a morning class overlooking the Thames. Experience an iconic
London location in the early morning mist.
Thursdays – Dumbbell Conditioning At Home - 09:30 - 10:15
Live & Online
Using weights and your own bodyweight to uncover your inner
athlete. A constantly evolving class throwing in explosive muscle work and
endurance intervals. With an open-door policy, all moves will be altered to
suit your fitness journey. Grab a dumbbell, kettlebell, a heavy water bottle,
or backpack weighted with household goods. We will make an indoor gym possible!
Trainer
Adam Fung is a functional training and weightlifting guru.
With a background in gymnastics, he strikes the perfect balance between
building bulk, tone, and flexibility.
Sundays – Woof Camp – 09:30 – 10:15
Crystal Palace
A class alongside our four-legged fave friends. You hit the HIIT whilst our pooches socialise and get put through their paces too. Let's run off our collective extra energy and make new (furry) friends in our neighborhood.

Sarah Aarons (she got married!) is an unstoppable south London based trainer running classes in everything from HIIT to trampolining, pre to post-natal, to trampet and step challenges. A tour-de-force dedicated to helping you hit your fitness goals.
