Whether outdoor fitness is your bag, or online at home, we can now workout together 7 days a week. Now is the time to kickstart your social agenda safely – start with fitness buddies, who will help you keep going for longer, boost your commitment to getting fit, and widen your social circles.

Tuesday 6th April – HIIT & Kickboxing (All Levels) – 12:30 - 13:15
Old Billingsgate, The City
Using your own bodyweight let’s uncover your inner kickboxing
athlete. A constantly evolving class throwing in explosive muscle work and
endurance intervals. With an open-door policy, all moves will be altered to
suit your fitness journey.
Trainer
Come meet kickboxing trainer, fitness instructor and cat
mummy, Kate Sutton. She will show you exactly how you can achieve your health
goals. She’ll make you fall in love with fitness, just by helping you believe
that you can do it. And you most definitely can.
Wednesday 7th April – Covid Camp Lower Body – 18:00 – 18:45
Battersea
Feisty circuit class to shake you out of the lockdown blues
and into the summer sun. Expect limbs to be warmed up and mobilised for a circuit
class that works every muscle group. This is a class that will push you as far
as you’d like to go – no pressure, just 100% team support.
Trainer
Jamie Goldstein has a degree in Sports Management and is a
highly qualified personal trainer. He is all about finding joy in exercise and
finding the perfect balance between health and indulgence.
Thursday 8th April - Kick Camp – 07:45 - 08:45
Peckham Rye
Take
a running jump, kick, and push at this workout. A 60 minute HIIT class for
intermediate exercise lovers. Jump in, roll out. Start your Thursday thirsty
for a fitness high.

Schinzari has been living it up as a personal trainer for 4 years. With a
degree in Sports Science and qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy she is
the full package. She’ll take you through your paces with mesmerizing ease because
of her extensive academic and hands-on experience.
Friday 9th April – HIIT The Mat – 10:00 – 10:45
London Way, Stratford
An open to all class with a firm focus on using our own
bodyweight to achieve greatness. Everything you need to get fit is already
inside you. So let’s crunch, lunge, and plank together. Boost your mobility,
strengthen the abs to avoid lower back tinges, and perk up that tush in one
class.

Lukas Rafacz helps
everyone get in the best shape of their life without restrictive diets or loads
of gym equipment. He believes fitness revamps the body inside and out – with his
HIIT lowering blood pressure and blood sugars and building a healthy heart –
his workouts go beyond looking great – your internal health will improve too.
Saturday 10th April – Early Bird…. - 08:30 – 09:15
Parliament Hill Bandstand, Highgate
…Exercise with no distractions, tick off a box on the to-do list before the world has rolled out of bed, and feel great all day. It’s time to feel snug and look good. This is all about re-vitalising your body and pressing reset on your head. A class curated for those of us with physical and mental health ups and downs.

of fitness and uncovering people’s barriers to getting and staying healthy – he’ll
squeeze the best out of your mindset and body so you can train better and go
longer.
Sunday 11th April – Penalty Box – 12:00 – 12:45

It’s time to shred. Penalty box involves killer exercises that take place in 4 squares. Intrigued? We were too. A beginner’s blast that is designed to shred our fat stores and kick start our metabolisms. Using every part of your body, you’ll get to grips with how little equipment you need to get in the best shape of your life.

Gabor Trapp covers
the gauntlet of fitness, as a mat Pilates and lower back pain specialist,
boxing guru, HIIT leader and weights trainer. With his wealth of knowledge
about all things fitness, please ask him questions to tailor the workout to
your strengths and weaknesses.
Monday 12th April – Cardio Box & Pilates Explosion – 17:00 – 18:00
Live & Online
A mix of high
intensity boxing exercises with the balance and stability of Pilates. A non-contact
boxing workout that will push your speed, power and agility skyward. With both
boxing and Pilates focussing on core strength, expect abs to quake and tone. This
is a cardio workout based on training used for boxing prowess – so we’re
talking boxing drills and sequences, footwork, jumping and skipping. Pilates
will stretch and sculpt and you’ll leave feeling oddly longer and taller. Keep
that head up.

Charlotte Chazel is a
breath of fresh air. An absolute powerhouse of positivity. She’s an ex-gymnast,
and now full-blown choreographer, fitness fiend, and dance instructor.
