Making time for yourself means you'll be more able to help others and prioritize better. Ringfence YOU time. Below are outdoor and online workouts for you to tackle this week and over the weekend. Let exercise be part of your self-love regime week in and week out.

Wednesday 14th July – Online Sound Bath – 20:30 – 21:30

60 minutes of sound bathing. If you’re looking for a way to completely switch off please tune in. Expect to experience a new levels of relaxation. It’s the perfect way to wind down before bed, gather those thoughts and quieten the worries.

Laura Devonshire is a multi-style yoga teacher with
vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga qualifications under her belt. She is now broadening
her practice into sound education and mental well-being. As an advocate of
holistic wellness her classes are all about the fusing of your mind and body.
Thursday 15th July – Latin Dance Fitness – DIVAS LATINAS – 13:00 - 13:45
Kings Cross
Lunchtime class to get you firing on all cylinders. Ditch the caffeine and get moving. Expect a smorgasbord of Cha Cha, Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba. All the big numbers are here to get that fire burning. You don’t need any dance experience to enjoy this disco riot. If you do have experience you’ll love this fusion class.

Take your bodyweight workout to the next level with this
resistance and cardio masterclass. There is no better way to welcome in the
weekend. Early morning classes are a great idea if you find it hard to commit
to your wellness journey - there are no distractions and no time to overthink
not doing it. Jump in!

Monday 19th July – Nurturing, Calm, & Peaceful Morning Yoga Flow – 07:30 – 08:20

Set the tone for the rest of the day with a yoga session crafted to lift your spirits. With a meditation to start, sun salutations and seating asanas to follow, and finishing with a relaxation practice. Expect an all over body workout with enough heat for you to feel warm to touch and in your heart.

Tuesday 20th July – Beyond Pilates – 18:00 - 18:30
Live & Online
Get stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Pilates is
exceptional at creating strength without the bulk. Long, lean muscles are the
name of the game here.
Trainer
Mithat Ahmed has been playing sports all his life. He played handball for the Turkish National Team and found Pilates to be instrumental in quickening his recovery time and boosting his sports' performance.
