That’s right, we’ve wasted no time in bringing the trainers you know and love to a small screen near you. You can now set up shop in your garden, on your balcony or even your front room and take part in fantastic Bua group fitness classes online. Missing your gym buddy? Bring them along too! Social fitness increases motivation - that’s why we love it - so the more the merrier.

It’s been a challenging few weeks as we all try to keep pace with the government advice around social distancing, isolation and more. We bought a doctor on board to ensure we keep trainers and customers safe, and then closed our outdoor classes on their advice. But like a phoenix from the ashes, Bua Fit has risen again with a fantastic new way to enjoy our classes.
We
believe that everyone could be healthier and happier, and that the best
path to achieving that goal is through fitness classes. Smashing through
a physically demanding class makes a bad day good, and a good day the
absolute best. And once you’ve started, the sky’s the limit! We know
you’ll be hooked; you’ll want to keep progressing to a higher level of
fitness and health. Sure, London’s iconic landmarks and green spaces
make a great back-drop for a class - but we’ll get right back to them as
soon as we can.
In the meantime, we have a group of fantastic
fitness trainers that we KNOW are at the top of their game, great fun
and driven to keep working hard. So we created a live, online solution
that enables them to keep at it and means you can continue to enjoy the
classes you know and love. Join with your camera on and the trainer
gives you tips on your form, just like in a physical class. It’s more
social, more fun and helps feed your need for community spirit,
especially when times are trying. And while everyone else is playing
games on House Party, you and your mates could be trying out Yoga,
Boxing, HIIT or more in one of our sessions.
“GAME CHANGER. Can’t believe no one has thought of this idea yet. It makes so much sense. Really easy to use. Can’t recommend Bua highly enough.”
The
silver lining to this big grey cloud is that we can now reach more
people than ever. And what’s really special is that we can offer that
silver lining to NHS frontline staff at no cost, too. If that applies to
you, just sign up using your nhs.net email address - and thank you for keeping us all safe.
Things are tough out there, and by looking after your body you also look after your mind. Sign up for a Bua online class this week and get those feel-good endorphins flowing through your veins. Did we mention that Bua means victory?
As always, stay fit, and stay healthy.
