Mon 9th Nov – All About Abs & Core – 12:30 – 13:00

A quick beginner 30-minute fix focusing on the body’s stability
centre. Not only unmissable for those of us craving a 6-pack lockdown bod, but brill
for reducing lower back pain, improving your posture and stability, and your
ability to lift more. Core work will also make you a better athlete in whatever
sports float your boat. A strong core enables you to transfer more power to
your limbs so you can kick further, punch harder, and swing better. On a day to
day basis, core training will make you more stable in any position. Stand on
one leg, arms extended and keep it for 60 secs. If you can’t, get your ass to class
ASAP.

Tues 10th Nov – HIIT The Deck – 18:00 – 18:45

I thought I found the meaning of life when I rolled out of
my first Zumba class. A nightclub vibe but with no bathroom queues and packed
full of powerful people dancing like no-one was watching. Everyone was there – school
kids to octogenarians. This is an all-round real crowd pleaser. If you want to unknowingly
burn a tonne of calories, come dance! Hit up some latin beats whilst boosting your
cardiovascular fitness.

Anna Juchum is fire on her feet. Super at taking you through the steps to make you look insane on any dancefloor. Bank a couple of steps so you can impress at weddings, bar mitzvahs and dancefloors come December 2nd.
Saturday 14th Nov – Dynamic Rocket Inspired Yoga – 14:00 – 15:00

Raring to get you firing on all cylinders. Rocket yoga is a dynamic and fast paced flow of Ashtanga yoga. With a promise to get its students to fitness nirvana faster. Expect a warm-up followed by standing and seated poses with more arm balances and inversions than usual flow practices. High energy, rhythmic breath, flowing movements, and mindful bliss. Expect to sweat!

range massive bodyweight workout for our body’s main stabilisers, the derriere
and the core. Expect cardio, plyo and strengthening exercises blitzing these
two areas. Bring you’re A game and try to avoid the stairs tomorrow.
