Monday 29th June – Sweat FIT w/Casey – 07:30 – 08:15

Trainer Her enthusiasm is particularly infectious. If anyone is pulling you out of bed on a Monday, you’d want it to be Casey. Exceptionally knowledgeable about all thing fitness, and adept at providing inclusive fitness for everyone, Casey is a firm fave.

Tuesday 30th June – Rise & Shine Yoga – 07:45 – 08:45

Trainer Simone Topel is a free spirit. Her classes are grounded in Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa with a passion for moving you toward self-inquiry and greater physical and psychological awareness.

Wednesday 1st July – Body Tone – 10:00 – 10:40

As with all weight resistant classes one must remember the words of Miss Piggy, ‘Never eat more than you can lift.’ So, in the same vein you must lift what you eat and scoff what you want.

Thursday 2nd July – Dance, Sweat join the Zumba Crew – 18:30 – 19:15

Friday 3rd July – Happy Friday Meditation – 06:30 – 07:00
