Come one, come all. Grabs your friends and socialise with an outdoor class this week. Online classes are running too if you’re looking for a quick break from working from home.

Tuesday 28th July – Barre – 07:45 - 08:45

This will boost your self-confidence as it teaches you to control your body movements with elegance and poise. A real strengthening class, bringing together the best bits of yoga, pilates and ballet. Expect movements you’ve never done and a new sense of nimbleness after a couple of sessions. Trainer Maxine trained in ballet from the age of 4. Cat-like in motion, but lioness in stamina, she will encourage you to push harder and understand your own body. Join Maxine every Tuesday online.

Wednesday 29th July – Pregnancy Yoga – 13:00 – 13:40

Expect pelvis tilting, hip laxity and widening, lowering of the arches in your feet, and increased back arching from your abdominal muscles stretching as your baby grows. Increased amounts of oestrogen and relaxin initiate the re-modelling of soft tissues, cartilage and ligaments. This class is here to soothe your body’s evolution. Yoga is one of the best ways to stay fit during your pregnancy without the added worry of overdoing it. A great virtual and safe way to feel part of a community of pregnant women.   Trainer Lucy has taught yoga all over the world. She now finds herself in London running specialist classes in yoga. She invites you to this class to build the connection between your mind, your body, and your baby.  

Thursday 30th July – Calorie Crusher For The Ladies – 18:00 - 18:45

Friday 31st July – WFH Yoga – 07:30 – 08:30

It’s time to jiggle those bones and stretch with sequence-based yoga.   Trainer Previously a corporate lawyer working killer hours, Sarah Shannon, understands the damage you can do by being too sedentary. Now a yoga teacher, in Dublin, she leads warm, nourishing and soulful practices online.

Saturday 1st August – Warrior Bootcamp - 10:00 – 11:00

A heady mix of running, bodyweight exercises, and circuits for an all over body blitz. Expect to be pushed to your absolute limit. You’ll blow your lungs. Your quads will give up. Your arms will turn to mush. But you’ll keep going. Trainer Misha Boudova has an undeniable charm that comes from doing what she loves. She found her calling as a PT and exercise changed her life. Let fitness change yours. 

Sunday 2nd August – Nourishing Yoga – 10:00 – 11:00

This class is open to all, with playful and challenging sequences, finishing with a short nidra practice for the ultimate relaxation. Trainer Shuntao Li, trained in the Alpujarras mountains in Spain and now runs slow vinyasa flow and ashtanga classes in London.
