Monday 13th July – Sunrise Yoga – 07:15 – 08:15

Embrace your inner zen with the best way to stay to start the week. Expect to leave with a super sense of peace. Everyone welcome. Trainer Plant based and waste adverse, Sarah Smith, is your guide to power vinyasa yoga. She’ll build your flexibility and strength as she divulges yogic knowledge to take away and ponder.

Tuesday 14th July – Boxing Bootcamp – 09:30 - 10:30

https://bua.fit/class/rxjkm2ZvpnMGBrockwell Park Get fighting fit! Boxing is hella popular and we can see why. Cardio, strength, stamina, and co-ordination all maxed in one short sitting. First, you’ll focus on working on your stance, guard footwork and general form. Followed by an intense boxing specific HIIT circuit with bodyweight exercises and plyometric movements. Finished with stretching and mindfulness mind games.

Trainer Super social Josh will take you through your punchy paces. An ABA registered boxing instructor with an enigmatic character that you’ll want to impress. He will make sure you just keep punching.

Wednesday 15th July – Holy HIIT – 12:00 – 12:45

Finsbury park’s answer to LA’s Muscle Beach. This heart pounding HIIT sess will build muscle and burn fat. It’s fun. It’s fast. It’s brutal. Trainer Misha found her calling as a personal trainer. Exercise changed her life. Being outdoors with people dedicated to their health aligns perfectly with her ideals. She is on hand to roll you out of the park at the end of the session.

Thursday 16th July – Sunrise Yoga – 07:45 - 08:45

A class that resets your mind and body so you can start over if you need to.   Trainer Petra Sikulova. If sunshine was embodied in a person, Petra would be it. One part yogi, one part life inspirator.

Friday 17th July – Zumba! – 20:00 – 20:40

Trainer Anna Juchum, queen bee of the business world and leader of the 2020 Zumba zeitgeist. You will wish you could tear up the nightclub like this one does. I can guarantee that when the clubs re-open you’ll dance better than 90% of London after nailing this class religiously.

Saturday 18th July – BOOTCAMP – 09:15 – 10:00

Trainer Coach Saima of Sunday Brunch C4 fame leads the pack with a class in Kingston. The go-to girl for outdoor bootcamps, self-improvement coaching, and transformative fitness.

Sunday 19th July – Adult PE – 12:00 – 12:45

https://bua.fit/class/EGUNuKvVVQZhSaint James Gardens, Limehouse School PE sucked. But THIS is grown-up playtime and all about moving with intent. For far too long we’ve been lounging about and slouching. Messing about with the alignment of our backs and necks whilst peering over computer screens or down at our phones. Let’s get back to actually moving. And moving well. And then moving loads.

Trainer Darius, Sport Scientist with a focus on real-life research. He doesn’t wear a white coat and googles, but he will school you in motion and form. You can book into these classes and loads more, right here. As always, stay fit and healthy.
