Physical movement and exercise are proven to beat the blues. With a chance of a second lockdown looming let’s get grooving outside as much as we can.

Monday 21st Sept – Outdoor Yoga in Waterbeach – 18:00 – 19:00
Waterbeach, Cambridge
It’s all about being in harmony. If you’ve got your mindset
right, your body and breath will fall into place. Longer held poses will push
your body to its limit, but in a mindful and supported manner. Be amazed at
what you can achieve.
Trainer
Gabriela Torcatoru is half woman, half goddess. Her
understanding of your anatomy is second to none. Her voice and pace are simply glorious
and will guide you through the practice with ease and affirmation. Expect a
state of absolute bliss after her classes.
Tuesday 22nd Sept – Hackney Bua Boxing – 06:30 - 07:30
Victoria Park
If Monday pulled some punches, get out your frustrations
out in a boxing class for intermediates. Expect footwork drills, sequences, and
exercises to secure solid hits. Boxing boosts co-ordination, confidence, cardio
and strength. There’s no better way to start your Tuesday.
Trainer
Shane Campbell’s background is in the poetic art of
punching. As a pro MMA fighter and kickboxing coach his HIIT classes compliment
the cardio needed to be box fit. The class welcomes boxers and non-boxers,
beginners and athletes.
Weds 23rd Sept – Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger:: HIIT IT! – 18:00 – 19:00
Mayfair
A HIIT session slap bang in the middle of Mayfair. A
perfect way to end the day after a hard slog in the office. A physical and
mental mindset of ‘give it your all or not at all’ is completely compulsory.
Trainer
A BUA trainer will take you through your paces.
Thursday 24th Sept – Yoga For Runners – 13:00 - 13:40
Live & Online
A class for the early morning joggers or late-night
sprinters amongst us. If you’re looking for running rehab, book yourself into
this. A session to keep you injury free, that’ll loosen any tight spots,
strengthen weak ones and rehabilitate those niggles.
Trainer
Lucy Lock is an international yoga teacher having taught in
India, Nepal, the Maldives, Philippines Guatemala, and California. Now firmly
putting her roots down in London, she’s here to showcase what’s yoga hot the
world over.
Friday 25th Sept – Hatha Vinyasa Flow – 09:00 – 10:00
Southwark Park Bandstand
Namaste to the end of the working week. Had a hell of a
week? Some days we are an hour and a half late getting to our own living rooms.
We lose our keys, shoes, our minds. Come grab a slice of peace in the great
outdoors as we drain our anxieties and focus on moving our limbs.
Trainer
Larissa Viana is a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. A
dynamo in practicing peace and togetherness. She believes in the affirmative
power of yoga and getting into the state of just ‘not doing’ and sinking into
it. Sometimes we need to flick off our switch and practice the polar opposite
of activity, which is receptivity.
Saturday 26th Sept – Bootcamp - 09:15 – 10:00
Kingston-Upon-Thames
An all over body bootcamp to welcome in the weekend. A
beast of a workout to give you buns of steel, arms of iron, and a huge
advantage over the majority of us as you run to the tube’s closing doors. This
class is PUNCHY.
Trainer
Coach Saima of Sunday
Brunch C4 fame leads the pack with a class in Kingston. The go-to girl for
outdoor bootcamps, self-improvement coaching, and transformative fitness.

This is the
perfect class to combine with a dip in the Hampstead ponds after. The class is set
to pump you full of the good endorphins whilst toning your tush and stabilising
your core.
Trainer
Roksana
Piech is the HIIT princess. She believes in patience and the silent work of small
steps of progress to form real body and mind transformations. She’ll keep you
motivated when you can’t go on, and support when you’re crushing it.

As always, stay fit
and healthy.
