Monday 14th Sept – Hatha Yoga – 18:30 – 19:30
Gladstone Park
Hatha yoga is known as the yoga of balance, with ‘ha’
meaning sun and ‘tha’ alluding to the moon. This class involves physical poses
that will leave you feeling longer, looser and way more relaxed. Perfect as an
intro to yoga, and as a weekly class to bring some calm to your chaos.
Trainer
Carina Bidese is a free spirit with unbelievably amounts of
anatomical knowledge and expertise that comes from years practising what she
loves. Sore bad? Bad shoulder? Let her know and she’ll cater the class to your
relief.
Tuesday 15th Sept – Nourishing Evening Flow – 19:00 – 19:40
Online
Expect a blissed out warm up through a pawanmuktasana sequence,
that favours the relaxation of the body and mind, whilst stimulating the natural
healing processes. With three breaths on each asana, this yoga will push you
harder than most.
Trainer
Shuntao Li, trained
in the Alpujarras mountains in Spain and now runs slow vinyasa flow and
ashtanga classes in London. Alongside this she is an enthused yoga nidra and
meditation teacher.
Wednesday 16th Sept – Yoga For Strength – 19:45 – 20:45
Jesus Green, Cambridge
A class centring on core, glutes and thighs. With variations
of the plank to activate all, and sun salutations with weights to ensure an all
body workout. Please note that this class suits intermediate yogis. Leave
feeling relaxed, fully stretched, and with a new spring in your step.
Trainer
Gabriela Torcatoru is a geek in alignment and anatomy. She
will get the best out of your body and make you truly appreciate its beauty,
ability to fight and move, and gracefulness.
Thursday 17th Sept – Spine Doctor Pilates – 18:15– 19:15

later. Side effects: may lead to addiction. If you’re looking for
something to rejuvenate that backbone, log on. Lengthening and lovely, this
class will target and loosen any back niggles you’ve developed and prevent
injury in the future. Sedentary lifestyles misalign our vertebrate and it’s
important for our posture and quality of life (later on in life) to keep our
backs healthy.

Elena is an expert in all things lumber. She’ll take you
through your paces with mesmerizing ease.
Friday 18th Sept – Calorie Crushing Burn Bootcamp – 06:30 – 07:30
Victoria Park
A hell of a hot bodyweight sess. If you’re looking for a
work-out where you might die, this is it. Hard hitting moves for every muscle
group.
Trainer
Patrick Gardner’s
plan is simple, to improve your fitness and build stronger humans. His sessions
will re-start your mobility, stability and your functional strength.
Saturday 19th Sept – Ballet FIT With Casey – 13:30 – 14:15
Notting Hill
Ballet FIT uses your own body
weight for resistance to sculpt and tone the body in ways that few other
workouts can. Suitable for all, from first timers to experienced dancers.
This is an all body barre-ballet workout with HIIT repetitions that’ll hit hard,
but you’ll be grinning
ear from ear once you’ve done. The class finishes with a core blitz and yoga-infused
cool down.

Casey Brinn’s enthusiasm is
particularly infectious. If anyone is pulling you out of bed on a Monday, you’d
want it to be Casey. Exceptionally knowledgeable about all thing fitness, and
adept at providing inclusive fitness for everyone, Casey is a firm fave.
Sunday 20th Sept – Restore & Reflect Yoga – 18:00 – 18:40

There’s no
better way to end the weekend. A session dedicated to your relaxation. Expect
to hold poses longer than you would in a flow class, as to unblock tensions.
Let’s go deep. The session folds to a close with yoga nidra, transformative sleep.

India, Nepal, the Maldives, Philippines Guatemala, and California. Now firmly
putting her roots down in London, she’s here to showcase what’s yoga hot the
