Monday 26th April – Dumbbell Conditioning At Home – 13:15 – 14:00

The only dumbbell exercise class you’ll ever need. Whether
you find dumbbells terrifying or you’re growing bored – this will give you new
moves, deepen your practice, or warmly welcome you to the weights world.

Adam Fung is a functional training and weightlifting guru.
With a background in gymnastics, he strikes the perfect balance between
building bulk, tone, and flexibility.

Peckham Rye
A class for the early morning warriors. Get ready to run, jump, push, and kick in
a HIIT class that focuses on strength and cardio.

degree in Sports Science and qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy she is
the full package. She’ll take you through your paces with mesmerizing ease
because of her extensive academic and hands-on experience.
Friday 30th April – Covid Camp East – 07:30 – 08:15

This class ticks all the boxes – strength, HIIT, conditioning,
circuits and mobility. A class that builds community through activity.

Jamie Goldstein has a degree in Sports Management and is a
highly qualified personal trainer. He is all about finding joy in exercise and
finding the perfect balance between health and indulgence.
Saturday 1st May – Saturday Morning Yoga Goddess Flow – 10:30 – 11:30
Hampstead Heath
Namaste to the end of the week. 60 blissful minutes of
vinyasa yoga in a Goddess flow style. A yoga class for intermediate yoga
lovers.

on your needs. Time to banish the inner critic and just be.
Sunday 2nd May – Afro Fusion Dance Fitness – 10:00 – 10:45
