These days are the longest, so make the most of it and find the extra time to look after yourself and your health. Below are our BUA best-sellers for this week. See you there!

Mon 21st June – Metcon Monday – 18:00 – 18:30
Live & Online
Start looking forward to Mondays. Metcon is short for metabolic
conditioning - a workout that takes your HIIT to the next level. A specialist session
where you exert yourself over a prolonged amount of time to reap the best
benefits of strength and cardio. Ideal for those who have hit a training
plateau or want to get a super-efficient workout in fast. One of the best
methods for weight loss (if that’s your goal – though we believe that every
body is a perfect body) as it attacks different muscle groups and boosts the metabolism.
Trainer
The Bee-fit boys, Coach Harrison and Coach Dean, believe in the power of community and making fitness fun. Their classes are just another source of entertainment, like a series on Netflix, except that you get in the best shape of your life whilst viewing.
Tues 22nd June – Hello Morning Barre – 07:00 – 07:45
Live & Online
This is interval cardio, tone and HIIT. The top 5 changes you’ll notice in your barre journey, 1) your strength increasing as it envelopes you into a well rounded toning workout. 2) Better posture which means better balance. The class will bring your attention to how you present yourself and you’ll learn to quit slouching, take up space and stand tall. You’ll be very aware of your posture on a daily basis going forward. 3) Prolonged calorie burn. You’ll keep burning long after the class has finished. 4) Greater flexibility which will reduce injury and aid mobility in later life. 5) Exceptional mental stamina as poses demand it.
Trainer
Grace Ker believes you may want to murder her in the first few minutes of class but assures us that afterwards you’ll grow to love her. Laughter is her fave core exercise, followed by barre.

wholly there, come find and set some intentions with Helen. Hatha yoga is a balancing
act – it literally means the ‘sun’ and the ‘moon’ and focuses on moves that
compliment and push one another.

Helen Barefoot found solace in yoga 10 years ago in a local
London class. From there she embarked upon yoga teacher training in the
Himalayas and reinforces her practice with chanting, philosophies, and intentions
that’ll transform the way you live.
