6 reasons why a live workout is better than a free online sweatathon

It’s a whole new way of working out. Gyms are closed. Exercise areas in
parks have been shut for months. Many online workout equipment retailers
have been sold out for weeks, with no updates as to when new stock will
be available.

So what now?
Well… you
could go for a walk. But that might not be enough to get you hot. And
you may be surrounded by people that don’t understand the words ‘social
distancing’. So if you live in a city, you may struggle.
You
might be lucky enough to have exercise equipment at home. Although let’s
be honest - it’s so hard to motivate yourself enough to pick it up and
get a sweat on. That’s where we come in.
But why Bua Fit, and not YouTube?
There
are plenty of workouts available online, aimed at all different ages
and abilities, but there are many reasons why we think (with as little
bias as possible!) that a Bua Fit workout is far more beneficial to you
than a random online workout is:
Be accountable
It’s
very easy to give up when you’re exercising on your own at home.
There’s no one to be accountable to, except yourself, and you’re hardly
going to give yourself a telling off if you give up.
With Bua
Fit, you’ll get to enjoy a live instructor, as well as other class
participants, live online, meaning that the instructor is there to help,
guide and cheer you on throughout the session.
We’ve got you covered
If
you fall and hurt yourself during an online YouTube workout, you’re not
covered. You may be lumped with an expensive hospital bill, which
no-one wants. But with us, we’ve got all the necessary insurances in
place, to make sure that if you get hurt, we’re here to support you and
help you get back on your feet.
Post-natal heaven
We’ve
had so much great feedback that our workouts are fantastic as a
post-natal activity. You can work out with your kids by your side, so
you can keep an eye on them, without having to leave the comfort of your
home… not only saving you money travelling to the gym, but also on
childcare, gym memberships, and freeing up more of your time to spend
with the little ones.
Variety - the spice of life
We have up to 20 classes available every single day, so whether you fancy zumba, HIIT, yoga, pilates, boxing, kickboxing, bodyweight or strength and conditioning, we’ve got you! And even better, if you find a class you really love, you can keep coming back.
Get social
Whether
with your loved ones, friends, or work colleagues, you can get your
sweat on in a live format, either online or in groups outdoors. So not
only will you feel accountable to each other, you can also have a laugh
during your workout, whilst burning off the weekend bottle (or three) of
wine you may have accidentally consumed...
Pay to play
Did
you know, Bua means ‘victory’ in Gaelic - it’s all about us helping you
to achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle, It’s free to join our
community, and you can join classes for as little as £7.
We don’t
like tying you into a contract or a subscription - we want to make your
exercise journey as simple as possible, and fit around your lifestyle.
So next time you’re looking for your next fit-fix, you know where we are!
As always, stay fit and healthy.
