During a workout, your muscles utilise glycogen - a
fuel source within the body. Certain muscle proteins can also get broken down
and damaged. When you finish your workout, your body gets to work trying to
rebuild its glycogen stores and repair the muscle proteins that have become
damaged. By eating the right nutrients after your workout, you can help your
